PAYMENT INFORMATION

Refund

Custom neon signs are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your neon sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will either replace the sign or issue a refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation.

Delivery

Yes, we deliver our neon signs globally, including the UAE.

After production (2-4 weeks), delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Once your neon sign is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
